Its ground floor features a spacious car wash area with clearly marked lanes, complemented by a stylish waiting zone with minimalist seating and a glass balustrade that overlooks the service bays. Above, a vibrant dining level hosts Christia and Subway , providing guests with diverse culinary options while enjoying an airy, open-space ambiance with floor-to-ceiling windows.The building’s exterior combines beige stone cladding with black accents, creating a sophisticated aesthetic that blends seamlessly into urban surroundings. Strategic lighting, including pendant fixtures and wall sconces, enhances visibility and safety, while lush greenery and neatly arranged parking spaces contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.
